企業頂層架構一般分為四個主要層次：領導層、經營層、支持層、執行層。

經營層則由各個職能部門主管組成，如市場營銷、財務、人力資源、研發等部門，他們需要協調各部門之間的權責關系和協同工作，保證企業正常運營。此外，經營層還需要根據企業整體戰略進行分解，并制定具體的執行計劃，確保企業目標的實現。
The management team is composed of various functional department heads, such as marketing, finance, human resources, research and development, etc. They need to coordinate the power and responsibility relationships and collaborative work between departments to ensure the normal operation of the enterprise. In addition, the management team needs to decompose the overall strategy of the enterprise and develop specific execution plans to ensure the achievement of enterprise goals.
支持層則包括了各種支持性部門，如行政、法務、企業文化等，他們負責為企業提供必要的資源和服務，為其他部門的正常運作提供保障。
The support layer includes various supportive departments such as administration, legal, corporate culture, etc. They are responsible for providing necessary resources and services to the enterprise and ensuring the normal operation of other departments.
執行層則主要是負責實際操作和任務落地的崗位，如生產、服務、銷售等，他們在公司內部扮演著最基層的角色，也是企業獲得利潤和價值的執行者。
The executive level is mainly responsible for practical operations and task implementation, such as production, service, sales, etc. They play the most basic role within the company and are also the executors of the enterprise's profits and value.
