（1）簡單明晰的股權結構

在創始的階段，創業公司合伙人不是特別多。比較合理的架構是三個人。投資人在投資的時候會看你的創業團隊，但合伙人不一定要有完整的組合。投資人在投資的時候，首先關注的是你的產品和CEO的理念，你有沒有CTO，COO，這些都不重要，所以，不能為了追求創始合伙人的人數而刻意增加。

在股權結構設計時，股東里一定要有核心股東，能夠決定決策內容。
